Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MDT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
